TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Please read carefully. These Terms and Conditions apply to any online, email, fax, phone, and or person to person customer request for services.)
1. BGI charges $100 for any cancelled orders.
2. Customer will accept full responsibility for contents of dumpster and agree to additional charges if the dumpster contains unacceptable materials (see below).
3. Do not overload dumpster - level full only. The following restrictions apply. 10-yard dumpster 1 ton. 12-yard dumpster 2 tons. 15-yard dumpster 3 tons. 20-yard dumpster's 4 tons. 30-yard dumpster 5 tons. A fee of $30.00 for each ton over weight, plus any overweight citations or legal judgments against BGI while hauling from customer job site will be paid by customer, and/or dumpster may not be hauled for safety reasons. Customer is responsible for unloading excess debris at their expense, plus a $75.00 trip fee may apply.
4. Customer is responsible for having a clear and accessible path for servicing containers. If dumpster is inaccessible or not ready for pick up, a $75.00 trip fee will apply.
5. Dumpsters are not to be moved by Customers. We will move the dumpsters upon request, however a $75.00 trip fee may apply.
6. Customer is responsible for any damages done to dumpster while on their job site. Costs of damages will be charged back to Customer.
7. Customer will accept full responsibility for any damage to their driveway, lawn, etc, which results from delivery and/or pick-up of dumpster regardless of weather conditions.
8. Customer is responsible for any fines, impounds or costs incurred from state, county or city jurisdictions while dumpster is on customer job site.
9. Customer understands the rental time for the dumpster and that at any time at BGI's discretion, the dumpster is allowed to be picked up. If monies are owed on the dumpster, the dumpster may not be picked up and the rental clock will continue until all monies are paid.
10. Customer understands that in the event customer fails to pay in full all monies due, BGI may refer such matters to an attorney or collection agency. Customer agrees to pay, in addition to any amount due, all costs incurred by BGI as a result of this action, including court fees, collection fees and late fees. ($35 fee on returned checks).
11. Ordering a container from this web site constitutes a personal guarantee. All information is treated with the strictest confidentiality.
12. I understand that it is my responsibility to fill out and submit the ONLINE PICK UP FORM when dumpster is ready for pick up and that phoned in pick up orders will not be honored. Rental time stops once form is submitted.
Materials Accepted
All materials which conform to the Georgia Environmental Protection Division's Environmental Rule #391-3-4.01(14) and are in compliance with the Official Georgia Code of Georgia Statute 12-8-20.
Items Not Accepted
The following items are unacceptable for pickup: railroad ties, hazardous materials, household garbage (food waste), liquid waste and materials containing free flowing liquid, lead acid batteries, asbestos, lead paint, radioactive or industrial waste, scrap tires, pesticide residue or similar deleterious materials possessing the capability to contaminate soil water or air which could create a threat to human health and the environment during pre-processing, processing, or post processing.
Special Restrictions
Concrete / Brick / Dirt heavy loads must be placed in 20 yard dumpsters. 10 ton maximum weight for clean inert loads (no construction and demotion materials) $25 per ton over 10 tons. Georgia DOT legal weight limit is 10 ton for transport.
